Please read these terms carefully before using the OneShip platform.

By accessing or using the OneShip platform ("Platform"), including our website, mobile application, API, or any related services, you ("User," "Seller," or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
OneShip provides a unified logistics management platform that enables sellers to:
To use the Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify OneShip immediately at support@oneship.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
OneShip reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide inaccurate information or violate these Terms.
Enterprise accounts operate on a credit line agreed upon in writing between the User and OneShip. Invoices are issued at the end of each billing cycle (typically monthly) and are payable within 30 days of issuance. OneShip reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue invoices exceeding 15 days past the payment due date.
Pre-Paid AWBs are purchased in advance at the rates shown at time of purchase. AWBs are non-refundable once generated but may be voided within 24 hours of creation if a pickup has not been attempted. Unused pre-paid AWBs do not expire for 12 months from date of purchase.
Credits are loaded to your OneShip wallet and consumed when shipments are processed. Credits are non-refundable once loaded but may be transferred between sub-accounts within the same organization. Credits expire 18 months from the date of top-up if unused.
OneShip acts as an intermediary platform between Sellers and third-party carrier companies. OneShip is not a carrier and does not take physical possession of shipments. All actual transport of goods is performed by the selected carrier under the carrier's own terms and conditions.
OneShip's liability for any lost, damaged, or delayed shipment is limited to the lesser of (a) the declared value of the shipment or (b) the amount specified in the applicable carrier's liability policy. OneShip is not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from carrier service failures.
You may not use the Platform to ship or facilitate the shipment of:
Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
OneShip retains all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its design, features, code, trademarks, and content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your own lawful business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Platform.
OneShip targets 99.9% platform uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated in advance. OneShip does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for disruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, carrier system outages, or force majeure events.
Either party may terminate the account relationship with 30 days written notice. OneShip may terminate immediately upon material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal use. Upon termination, outstanding balances become immediately due and payable. Data export requests must be made within 30 days of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
OneShip reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-platform notifications at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
