OneShip is a unified logistics platform that lets sellers connect all their online stores (Shopify, Salla, WooCommerce, Zid, Amazon, and more), manage orders in one dashboard, generate AWBs (airway bills), and choose from 50+ carriers for last-mile delivery. You can also add orders manually or via API.
How do I get started?
+
Simply create a free account, connect your first store, and you'll be ready to create your first shipment in under 30 minutes. Our onboarding wizard guides you step by step.
Which store platforms does OneShip support?
+
We support Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla, Zid, Amazon, Noon, Magento, BigCommerce, and many more via our open API. If your platform isn't listed, you can use our REST API or add orders manually through the dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
+
Yes. OneShip offers a free tier with no time limit for low-volume sellers. You only start paying once you scale beyond the free limits. Enterprise plans include a 14-day full-feature trial with no credit card required.
Billing
What billing models does OneShip offer?
+
OneShip offers three billing models: Enterprise (Open Balance) — ship on credit with monthly invoicing, ideal for high volumes; Pre-Paid AWBs — buy airway bills in advance and use them as needed; and Credits Wallet — top up your account balance and spend across any carrier.
Can I switch billing models after signing up?
+
Yes. You can change your billing model at any time from your account settings. Unused pre-paid AWBs and credits always remain valid on your account.
Are there hidden fees?
+
No. OneShip is committed to transparent pricing. The shipping rate you see when creating an AWB is the rate you pay. There are no surprise surcharges or platform fees on top of carrier rates.
How do Enterprise (Open Balance) payments work?
+
Enterprise customers receive a credit line based on their shipping volume and account history. You ship freely throughout the month and receive a consolidated invoice at the end of each billing cycle with net-30 payment terms. A dedicated account manager is assigned to enterprise accounts.
Carriers & Shipping
Which carriers does OneShip work with?
+
OneShip works with 50+ local and international carriers including Aramex, DHL, FedEx, SMSA, J&T, Naqel, UPS, and many regional LMD providers across the GCC and MENA region. New carriers are added regularly.
Can I ship internationally?
+
Yes. OneShip supports both domestic and international shipments. Cross-border orders include customs documentation support. Carrier availability varies by destination country — the platform will show you available carriers and rates for each route in real time.
How do returns work?
+
OneShip includes a returns management module. You can generate return AWBs, track reverse logistics in real time, and configure automatic return rules per carrier or order type. Return shipments are billed the same way as outbound shipments.
What is an AWB and how do I print it?
+
An AWB (Airway Bill) is the official shipping label required by carriers to process a shipment. OneShip generates print-ready AWBs in PDF format instantly after order creation. You can print individual labels or batch-print multiple AWBs in one go.
Technical
Does OneShip have an API?
+
Yes. OneShip provides a full REST API with webhooks for order creation, AWB generation, tracking updates, and billing events. Full API documentation is available in the developer portal after signup.
Is my data secure?
+
Absolutely. OneShip uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit, SOC2-compliant infrastructure, and stores data within region-appropriate data centers. We never sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
